2024 TruFlame PREMIUM PRODUCT 60inch White Wall Mounted Electric Fire Suite with 10 colour Flames and Mantel (Pebbles, Logs and Crystals)

The fireplace is amazing, well finished and works pretty well. If you have a good space on the wall, this is the best option ever: good cost x benefit.The colors are bright and live and the mantel is solid and well finished.Just got confused with the manual as on the description of the product you can read that NO SPACE IS REQUIRED between the tv and the product - that’s exactly what motivated me buying the product. However, when I read the manual, it is asking a minimum of 50cm on the bottom, 50cm on each side and 100cm on the top.The seller answer to my question and confirmed that no space is required, what is perfect (the manual needs to be updated).

Once installed started making a terrible loud grinding noise, after months of complaining (not helped by the seller only communicating via text) the seller said they would send a part for us to fit, a second hand motor in a damaged box arrived. There were 38 screws to remove after taking the back off it was clear that it needed a professional I now have to wait for my electrician to come and report the broken part due to COVID the electrician isn’t free until January so I am not even sure the replacement motor will work! All at my cost.

Absolutely love our new fire. Looks fantastic. So nice to be able to choose which finish you want pebbles/crystals. Very easy to install. Completely lives upto my expectation. Had no problems, arrived on time as advised. The fire was very well packed. . Following the placement of the order, on the same day we received a very helpful and comprehensive email from the company explaining what to do if there was a problem (thankfully wasn't needed 🙂). It was very reassuring. Would totally recommend.

Looks really lovely but......... it doesn’t quite go back against the wall at the top so there’s a half inch gap. It also makes a grinding noise after a few minutes so is quite unusable as it drowns out the tv. It was such a pain getting it fitted where I wanted it so I decided not to return it. I did report the noise to the seller but their reply was quite unsympathetic. For such an expensive item I don’t think it’s worth the money.

This item is great,just what we were looking for.Realistic flame colour to suit you mood,also very effective 2 mode heat settings with low levels of background noise from fan.Installation requires a very flat even surface,otherwise it's difficult to hang.Overall very happy with this purchase and would recommend.

After a few times of using it a Fault develop and a grinding sound became apparent. Was within 4 weeks so have returned the item back to seller. Maybe it was a one off but it didn't sound good.Update: stay away from this seller not honest. Playing games and refusing to issue a refund. Will be reporting to Amazon to investigate.
