Very good value. Flatpacked but relatively easy to assemble. Instructions weren't quite accurate for attaching handles but common sense worked! Extremely sturdy and definitely worth the 45 minutes spent putting it together.

I bought this to help with my cardio as shift work gets in the way. It was a bit awkward to set up and I had to refer to an online description to do so. Once I knew what to do it was fine.It's good as it really helps you put your steps in and I've found out it can be used pain free when you've pulled a muscle, not sure why but it can.Downside is every couple of days you have to remember to tighten a couple of bolts. The bolts in question are around 1" in length and tend to come loose on one side (left) of the equipment.Overall I'm quite happy with my purchase.Update: I sorted the bolt issues with a little bit of Locktite.

Left hand swinging leg comes apart at head stock within 5 minutes of use, bolts continually falling out, would not recommend this to anyone.

Nice piece of equipment, easy to assemble as main part already done. Also it's silent when using. Handles are nice to hold

Had to use the photos for reference whilst assembling, instructions are vague, feet weren't attached as in instructions, so that was guess work putting those on!! Such fun!After finally tightening all the nuts, We were too knackered to actually try the thing out!However, on FIRST attempt, nuts came off!!! I have a feeling this may be a recurring problem going by others reviews...not worth the money, but too much hassle to send back!! Keeping the spanner and Alan key nearby at all times!

Putting it together the instructions weren't great, but figured it out in the end.Sturdy and strong.

Even though my wife and myself are well within the weight range the pre built parts were falling apart from day one, forever replacing bolts, then a steel bracket holding the footrests just bent and buckled beyond repair. Oh and the instructions are less than useless, worst I've ever come across and relied on the picture on the Amazon website to put it together. Avoid this machine unless you want to cheer up the local scrapman! Neil S.
