In my experience, these are good. Tape stays in place the whole night, comes off easily, and there's no glue residue in the morning. The metal box is a nice touch.

Packaging is very nice, most likely costs more than mouth tape, tapes big and with comfortable pull taps to reveal adhesive. Problem lies in the moment you need to take it off, it sticks too well with glue residue remaining on your face for a few days. Sadly looked like a good product, but uncomfortable in overall use.

I have tried lots of different brands for these type of product and this by far is the best on the market. Good size easy to remove and do not come off during the night. Absolutely perfect for my needs

These have done wonders for my sleep, I wake up feeling more refreshed and without a dry mouth.They are soft and breathable and very comfortable when on.Then only reasons I have given 4 and not 5 stars is I find it quite hard to remove the backing. This may well be user error but I can’t figure out how to peel the backing off from the middle. The other reason is they do leave a sticky residue behind that can’t be quite hard to wash off even with soap. I do have quite sensitive skin and while it isn’t irritated by the adhesive, it is irritated by removing it.

This is by far the best mouth tape for sleeping. I’ve tried loads of brands and these silk bamboo ones are without a doubt superior. They stick nicely throughout the night. They dont hurt my beard or lips. No smells etc and easy to apply.If you’re looking for the most effective mouth tape at a very reasonable price, go with these. Ignore any low rates reviews. Trust me….A++++ product, and the seller is really nice too and friendly. Plus a small business. Buy with confidence!(I’ve tried like a hundred snoring products!)

I have used a lot of different of tapes in the past, even tapes that were not designed for mouth taping,This product is the best I’ve ever used . Positioning the tape is crucial. In my opinion it’s not good to just tape the whole mouth, like a giant plaster over the whole mouthAs someone who suffers from sleep apnea and coughs ,sneezes and chokes all night . I tried every position of tape possible ,I’ve found over the last 4 years, it’s best to use a piece of tape 1 inch wide by 1.5 inch long and tape it in the vertical way ( not horizontal) so it’s like an overgrown 1 inch wide moustache hanging downThat way the sides are not taped down and any excessive saliva or mouth deposits can easily escape from sides . And in an emergency you can slip you finger in the side access to pull off tape . A lot of tapes are too sticky and hard to peel off. This product is perfect. Not only that. I found I can cut them in half at the centre point. And use half only. So I get double the use ( very cost affective) Excellent

It's has quite a strong chemical smell which doesn't really go away and not a pleasant smell to have so close to your nose.
