I liked the exercise machine, very useful

This is a trainer for legs but from a sitting position. Do not as I did without reading instructions get on and stand on it! You might break it! From a sitting position it’s great, get the height right and then you can pedal away to your hearts content and exercise your legs but with a very low impact. The settings are customisable and you can set it to your preferred speed. This is ideal for older persons perhaps recovering from and injury or for people who can’t really exercise much. It’s well made, quite heavy so be careful when lifting it. Seems very robust and well made.

Really good item this, it's got 5 speeds so doesn't matter how fit or able you are there is a something for everyone. These things have been around awhile but this one just seems to be made better than the rest. There is plenty of room for different feet sizes, and it has a fairly low profile meaning it can fit under desks.Remote makes it easy to change settings without bending down, great for use when you are sat working from home.Personally i use it while sat at a desk and leaning slightly forward, don't think I could manage using it slouching on a sofa! But whatever suits you.
