The capsules are easy to swallow, and you only need to take one a day to start improving your gut health. I have been taking them, and my stomach has been feeling a lot better. I will continue to take them and update my review if anything changes, but so far, these are good for me.

Love ingredients. Works fast

It's hard for me to say whether or not these are working for me, personally, but I can say that I feel like maybe I'm a little less bloated and gassy. The pills are large but easy to swallow and have no flavor. This is a 30 day supply, using the recommended 1 capsule a day. I just add the pills to my supplement pill minder/dispenser and take them with my normal supplement routine at breakfast. I do appreciate that these supplements are manufactured in a GMP facility, but there's no information about whether or not these supplements are manufactured in the USA.

These are a little pricey but I am a big believer in pre and pro-biotics and I have read that it is recommended to change the strains of beneficial bacteria on occasion. These have DE1111 which I haven't taken before. I definitely can tell when I DON'T take my pro-biotics regularly but I haven't been able to take these for 30 days yet. I do like that it is one per day. I am hopeful that they will continue to help my gut health.

I ordered this supplement because I love the probiotics that are included and I have high hopes that they will help my gut microbiome. Since I need to write a review before I complete the 30 day course, I can only say that these have definitely had no negative side effects. The capsules are easy to swallow and I like that the recommended serving size is just 1 capsule. Time will tell if they are worth the high expense per pill. I will update my review and increase my rating to five stars if they offer a significant improvement.

This prebiotic/probiotic/postbiotic helps my gut health a lot. I can feel a difference with my digestion system and am more regular. It also seems to be helping me feel less bloated and gassy, especially during menstruation. The capsules don't have an odor or taste to them. They appear to be made of high quality ingredients and are effective.The recommended dose is 1 capsule a day. There are 30 servings inside each bottle. The bottle is a screw-top cap and is not childproof. I struggled to swallow the probiotic capsule at first because the capsule size is quite large, but now it doesn't bother me. Make sure you have plenty of water to wash it down and that the capsule tip that is overlapping faces down your throat to help swallow this easier. This probiotic is on the pricey side, but works well for me.
