We originally bought the CAROTE 14-Piece Knife Set because of its aesthetic appeal—it looks great on our kitchen counter and complements the rest of our setup perfectly. But don’t be fooled by the sleek design—these knives are seriously sharp.I learned that the hard way after doing the (not-so-wise) “finger test”—let’s just say I won’t be trying that again anytime soon! Once I got past that lesson, I put the bread knife to proper use on a fresh loaf of homemade sourdough and was blown away. It sliced through the crusty exterior like butter—easily the cleanest, smoothest cut I've ever had with a bread knife.The set includes every knife you’ll need for daily cooking, and every piece feels well-balanced and solid in hand. If you want a knife set that looks as good as it performs, this one’s a winner.

The knives themselves feel a little flimsy, which is why I gave 4 stars. They are sharp and cut well, but still feel like they could snap. The splash of color on the handles makes a nice addition to our countertops in the kitchen. Hopefully we are able to use these for a few years at least.

Obsessed with this set, I ordered the cream color and they’re absolutely beautiful, including the light colored block. The blades are nice and sharp and easy to use. I also have low cupboards in my apartment and it fits perfectly in the space below. Great value and happy I finally got them!

Every utensil is as efficient as it beautiful. I am proud to display these utensils on my cabinet because they are beautiful. They are also easy to use, sharp and well balanced. I would recommend this cutlery set for its efficiency and esthetic .

When I bought this I was scared the quality would be bad for the low price I’m paying but it actually was very worth it and I’m surprised it’s not more expensive. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
