Wonderful toy
I bought this as a present for my 9 years old, autistic honorary nephew, as a reward for Don my w will in his school tests. To say his face lit up is an understatement: he adores it!I knew already that it is a brilliant toy car as I remember when Corgi first released this model in the early 1960s. It is every child's dream: a working ejector seat which sends aSMERSH agent flying; rising number plates; rockets, & a rear window bullet proof shield! Not fidgeting Bond himself at the wheel.Highly recommended by this 68 years old kid!

Aston Martin DB5
Fantastic reissue of the James Bond DB5. I bought it for my son for Christmas, it was like going back in time, he had one for Christmas when he was aboy and he loved and it was a favorite unill it broke. So he was over the moon with the new one.

Brilliant !!!
Re-living my childhood !, but never owned an original corgi DB5, so this is i guess as near to it as i'll get. Super impressed with casting and paint job, packaging/box is also great. There is also a pistol weilding " BADDIE" , mine was actually inside the plinth what the car sits on. Greeeeeeeaaat !!.

007s Aston Martin (Government Issue)
The firing spring on the cars ejector seat is a little weak, as is the roof. The machine guns at the front are a little difficult to get back in once deployed. However the car itself is how I remember it as a small boy. The “villain”in the car was thrown well clear when ejected by 007, in earlier models of this car the one I got just throws him out of the car to one side. If I was Bond I would report it to “Q” as a defect if I survived the mission.

Great little model
Great little model of an iconic car. DB5 was British car making at its best.
