So far the phone feels nice! fast and easy to use. I love how it has features for kids. so far so good! the price was awesome!

This ones a dud... slower and less reliable than the 4 year old model it replaced
I wouldn't waste your money. First Blu phone we have had (after many) that is nearly unusable out of the box. Just finally got it fully configured and used it for the weekend and it was more likely to be frozen than functional. Spent literally minutes waiting for it to do anything on multiple occasions. Its completely unusable when it randomly decides to be and its just running the same things we had on the 4 year old model with less supposed ram and slower processors that would work circles around this. We wouldn't have upgraded but they stopped proving security updates for the last OS so it seemed prudent to "upgrade" we will have to figure something else out because we literally needed to send a text several miles before an exit on the interstate and it refused to unlock and open the messages application in 5 miles. That's completely ridiculous, you absolutely can not rely on it to answer a phone call or perform basic tasks. It will take another whole day to factory reset it and several more to test what functionality we have to give up to try and it get it to be somewhat reliable. I know its a budget option but its not worth the headache.

What is in the box:There is a screen protector in the box too. Not only a phone case. So contact Blu or seller to see if there is a screen protector in the box before you buy.I didn't know it and spent $10 more dollars to get a PACK of 4 in the same purchase.As for the camera;It can only zoom in 4 times instead of 8 times. Very reasonable price for what it does.
Really good screen. Very affordable for what it delivers. One possible weakness: can't find a setting for WiFi calling. Or includes bumper case and screen protector. The battery level barely moves during standby.

Like it better than my old Google Pixel!
Finally a reasonable priced phone! Way stoked with this phone, easy to set up with auto copying of files, programs and settings of my old Google Pixel phone. I am older retired IT Pro on a strict budget and can not comprehend peeps spending 500-1000 every few yrs for a phone. Crazy, after all it is "phone". I primarily use it for texting, phone. Good enough for TikTok videos and pics/social media. Programs work fine. Battery is super. My only complaint is sometimes there is a delay in the touch screen doing certain things. Waiting a split second longer is no issue and does not happen very often. GREAT DEAL and love my new phone! Saved hundreds of bucks!

Worst Blu experience, ever.
I get no joy from this review but I have to make it. This phone so far has been infuriating. It's slow and EVERY app resets when it's open and I lose my place if I leave to-- for example ,Google something or check a text, answering call is the worst if I watching a video. It will often crash and I miss the call. I purchased this phone in November 2024. I didn't fire it up until February 2025 because I wanted to wring every bit of use from my old, crippled Blu. I've used Blu phones at least 10 years maybe more and I've never been unhappy. Except this time. Sad thing is, it's not even "damaged" so even though my phone is extremely problematic and barely usable I can't file an insurance claim. Farewell,Blu I knew ye well 👎

Doesn't do the job for me
This is my fourth Blu phone all the other phones were G series phones but this F5 is the worst Blu phone out of all it's slow it's sluggish you gotta jump through hoops to restart it sometimes... it just hasn't worked well for me and I don't wanna buy another one right now because I just bought this one in November but I will definitely check out other models... I've had the G90,G91Pro and G91Max all very good phones matter of fact my G91 Max is broken and it works better than this thing 😞 Not a Good Phone...
