Very bad product don't go for Amazon basics products. All product are damaged and no warranty given on the product... Without solving the problems in the power bank warranty ticket was closed with no specific reason... Bad , very bad experience...Go for good companies, amzon basic is fraud.

Battery backup is good, performance is good , build quality is good , little heavy weight, ease of use , cable length is good . Over all ossam power bank go for it .
