It was packaged well which protected the cartridges.The price for the two toner XL cartridges was less than the cost of one Genuine Brother non-XL cartridge.The user guide was very clear. The installation was exactly like the original Brother cartridges that I had previously purchased from an office supply store.There were no leaks of any kind on the cartridge.
