The hot-and-cold flask cum bottle is a really well-designed product, and a game changer if you want to stand out in the room. Everyone asked about it the day I carried it to office, but you can use it anywhere-school, gym, picnics... Here's what I like:1. The insulation is pretty good - liquids stay hot or cold as described.2. Build quality and design - it is really very well designed and one can notice the solid and premium feel as soon as they take it in their hands.3. Utility - it is truly a multipurpose product, one can surely use it for beverages etc. I used it as an everyday water bottle, and drinking from it even from above is quite convenient - due to the tiny groove that controls the stream and avoids spillage - thumbs up for the design.4. Product delivered on time. The main tumbler is made of very good quality. The removable handle is very sturdy. However the lid should be of better material to provide good insulation to match the quality of the tumbler.I received only one straw and the cleaning brush was missing.

Overall product is ok types but has a few flaws due to which it certainly is not good enough for it's price. The handle which slips on and can be detached has an issue that it comes off suddenly if the product is inverted or decline slanted for any reason. This is a big issue because then the cup falls down and gets dirty. The other issue is that drinking out of it with straw is fine but without straw is not easy to drink especially if you carry hot drink inside. One cannot carry straw with them all the time. They should have given some sort of straw holder attached to the cup. The build quality is good. Also one would expect better sealed and properly organized kind of item when you order this product but it's just some loosely kept cup and separate handle and straw thrown in a loose box.
