It’s my first time using this type of device and I’m sure it will take some time to gage the results. However wow, I really do feel it working! The band is quite large and includes an extension if you have a wider abdomen. For reference I’m a female size 14 and don’t need to use the extension. The charge lasts 20 minutes which is a perfect amount of time. I am wearing it now while I make dinner and it’s a pretty cool feeling - I can feel my muscles contracting. It doesn’t hurt and feels kind of like a massager.

The media could not be loaded. I really like this belt. Very easy to use. Great quality fabric. Has adjustable fit. Has several levels of muscle workout. In my opinion it works. I could feel the workout on the second day. Performs very well. Battery last for a long time. Definitely worth the money.

belt is affective but the velcro last for a few weeks and the wear out, no backup scenario at all............very sad

I really like this, it's got tons of different stimulation settings and intensity settings. I have lower back pain a lot and got this to use to help with that when it starts hurting as well. But it works really well and is super easy to use and figure out. Very happy with this.
