I took these for 3 months. I only took 2 a day, rather than the recommended dose of 4. I got these to help my skin (hoping for more supple and glowey skin), but they didn't seem to do much for that. They did however help my hair grow! Everyone at work noticed my hair growing like crazy.

I have been wearing clip in hair extensions for over a decade and have some thinning and bald spots from wear i would clip the extensions in. Been taking these with my other supplements everyday for over a year and my hair thinning issues are completely resolved. My hair is also the longest it’s even been soon i won’t need the extensions! Great supplement!
