Corrected - user error
I previously wrote: “I used this scale for one trip in October and now in January it is completely nonfunctional. Will not turn on after charging. Useless!”I take it back - this was user error. The seller reminded me that the scale cannot be charged with a USB-C to USB-C cable so the scale was not charging and that’s why it was not functional. I plugged it in to a USB-A to USB-C cable and it turned on immediately. My apologies!

Ok so far
It worked ok for a couple of months then I thought the device had failed since it wouldn’t turn on after a charge. Turns out I hadn’t connected the charging cable completely. It took more force than I expected to seat. Now it is charging and turns on and functions again.

Will not charge via usb c as advertised.
Never charged from day one. Once the initial charge that came with the device ran out, I was never able to use it. At first I thought maybe it lacked a charging indicator so after I had it charged for a couple hours I tried to turn it on, never worked. You might be better off with a removable battery option which I have used in the past for years.

Hard to Trust and Hold exactly as instructed! Never got the same reading twice!
I like the fact it’s rechargeable it gave the accurate weight but it was hard to get it because it gave different weights, and no two alike you didn’t know which one to go with but we went with the right one. Needs a better holding design. Could be better priced since it is not easy to hold to get accurate weight more than one time.
