This is NOT WATERPROOF. Washing dishes in an industrial kitchen and water kinda seeps through but it also causes you sweat so you're getting water on your abdomen either way. Maybe washing dishes at home it works great but a 30 minute dishwashing session at the big sinks and my shirt was damp af. Disappointed. The sewing quality looks ok and it's good protection from other things I guess but not water. Boo.
