I love this watch. For such a reasonable price, it does everything I would want in a sports watch. It shows heart rate, blood pressure, miles walked, time, etc. I haven't worn it yet for sleep tracking, but would expect it to give me the information I need. Connectivity works well. Screen size, even for my small wrist, is good. Great watch all around! And any questions I had initially were answered very quickly by customer service!

I have had mine for about a week. Heart rate, step monitor, sleep monitor, make and answer calls all work well. The blood pressure monitor is useless - even after providing reference values, the readings do not track with real blood pressure - just gives same basic reading no matter what - not even useful to warn of extremes! BP monitor simply does not function - readout is meaningless.

There is a lot to like about the watch. It tracks all the fitness things, notifies me of phone calls and messages, it's cute, fairly comfortable to wear, easy to set up and use, lots of watch faces to choose from, the music controls also work when I'm listening to an audiobook, etc.However, the only reason I bought this watch was because I wanted the real time blood pressure readings. I have a physical condition that causes my blood pressure to spike into the stroke-level range. I needed to be able to take a quick reading when I felt symptoms so I would know whether to take additional medicine. I had an episode, so I used the watch to take a blood pressure reading. It reported 131/82. Immediately after using the watch, I used a proper blood pressure cuff on my upper arm, and the actual reading was 164/96. That's a massive, potentially life threatening (in my case, anyway) difference. I knew the readings wouldn't be precise, but I assumed that they would be fairly close. They're definitely not.If you want a fitness watch that offers a lot of functionality, this is a good choice, especially for the price. If you want blood pressure readings, this, unfortunately, is not even close to the mark.

This watch works as designed. The size is good and I can track my vitals. There’s numerous ways you can customize it to fit your needs and lifestyle. It’s inexpensive.

the watch works as advertised and the app is very easy to use. when a part of where the band is held chipped and the band wouldn't hold in place, I reached out to the manufacturer and their customer support team was very quick to assist and sent me a replacement watch right away. would definitely recommend both the watch and their support team.

Got this for myself as my old watch was on its last leg and did not constantly monitor BP. When I checked the readings on this watch against my BP cuff, I was pleasantly surprised at the accuracy. The watch has so many features and automatically detects when you're walking as well as sleeping (INCLUDING NAPS!) and heart rate. I find it's well constructed, sturdy, and will last a long time.5/7/25 UPDATEI must have banged my wrist against a wall, but after only 6 months, it appears that the housing on the watch face at the wristband insertion point broke off. At first I thought it was the wristband pin that broke, so I contacted customer service to inquire about a replacement part. I almost bought a new wristband thinking that was the issue because I did not want to stop using this fantastic watch! I was contacted very quickly by customer service and offered a WHOLE NEW REPLACEMENT WATCH!"Thank you for contacting me and sorry for the inconvenience caused. I urge you to please reach out to customer service as they are eager to assist and remedy the situation. I think the design just needs a slight tweak or upgrade, so the company needs our feedback in that regard! There are so few watches with this many features and such an easy app to track your data. I don't use most of the features, I just really depend on that continuous 24/7 BP monitoring.
