Paired easily to my LG C5. More comfortable in my hand than the remote that came with the tv.Magic button and voice worked immediately.HOWEVER. It's important to note that only ONE remote can pair with the bluetooth magic button/voice. I was trying to use them each intermittently. Pairing this one disabled those functions on the original. I took the batteries out of this and re-registered/re-paired the original and confirmed online that only ONE can be set up to use those functions.ANOTHER CON: Buttons are very stiff. So though it hurt my hand (tendonitis) less than the original when just holding it, it took hand/finger strength to push the buttons, which aggravated the pain. I'm hoping the buttons will loosen over time.

Remote works great, but if more than one person is trying to change the channel, it will change back-and-forth thinking that the remote or the TV is broken, but it’s just the other person look around the room first. Love not passing the remote and when I fall asleep the wife doesn’t have to get up.

I recently purchased this remote control to replace a worn-out one, as it was compatible with my television, and I was pleased to learn it would be delivered the following day. The packaging was well done. Pairing the remote with the television was straightforward, thanks to the clear on-screen instructions. However, the next day, the remote ceased to function, necessitating a repeat of the pairing process. Fortunately, there have been no further issues with the remote's functionality since then. After a few days of use, the battery cover began to detach and pop off while I was holding or using the remote.

Second purchase of the remote. Works great and pairs quickly its normal size; good quality. Minor drops/falls over time will cause the back to not stay connected and the middle ball to come out. It’s lightweight. So this time I paired with a silicone sleeve to last longer. No complaints very similar to original remote that came with the tv. Buttons are raised enough for easy use. Great volume control and battery life. Quick start guide does say smart wand reduces battery life as expected.
