I’ve bought from other sellers that use the words ‘great condition and excellent condition’ to describe a fair reflection of the condition of the item. I’ve sent back 2 iPhones from another company that really were not in the categories listed.This seller however provides good quality products that tick all the boxes. From battery life, screen condition and any material imperfections.The iPhone I purchased looks brand new feels and performs like brand new. Absolutely nothing negative I can say or see.So if you’re like me and you want to buy sustainable products that are accurately described and a very affordable price. Ordering a refurbished phone was a difficult decision - it felt rather like an expensive lucky dip. I needn't have worried, however. When my order arrived, it was in immaculate condition, with the battery at 95%. It was manufactured in December '23, but first used in April'24, so effectively only one year old. There was no difficulty in migrating all my information from my old iPhone XR, and I'm genuinely delighted with my new (!) bit of kit.I hope my buying experience is typical: if so, I can thoroughly recommend buying a refurbished iphone via Amazon.

I bought this for my son , Great price for a refurbished iPhone 15pro max better than some other known refurbished phone sellers. Phone condition was just like new , everything was perfect. The only downside is that the battery life was 85%. It’s important that it is made clear at the outset when advertising about the phone about battery life.All in All great value for money.

Recieved an iPhone 15 pro max today that ordered from this store. Straight out the box, the WiFi would not connect, then the data disappeared whilst the sim was still inside, then the phone just completely froze.Tried to contact the seller but ended up speaking to a bot before finally being diverted to amazon customer services whom had to pass on the information to the seller as I was unable to contact them directly. Following the refund request I received a message that I have to wait for 2 days for the seller to provide a return mailing label, then I'll probably have to wait 5-7 days for a refund to be processed before I can purchase from a more reliable seller.This has been a complete disaster. I suggest that if you're buying a refurbished phone, to only purchase from a store that has a contact number and address so any issues can be resolved quickly with an immediate refund if the item is faulty as in this case.

i brought the excellent condition phone and i’m actually amazed it came with absolutely no scratches or marks on the screen/back/sides. the battery life was 99% percent which surprised me as well. charger works fine and there’s no lagging or bugs. absolutely no problems and i’m very happy with this purchase !!

I was very sceptical buying a renewed phone but was extremely pleased with this.The phone was in mint condition with a battery life of 96%.I’ve had it for about 4 or 5 months now and haven’t had any issues.
