Excellent laptop
I ordered yesterday (18 Jul 2024) and received it today. Product condition is excellent.Not a single scratch I could detect.Performance is very good.All okay ❤️

Please don't buy!
I bought this laptop a week ago, and the condition is honestly terrible. It looks like the seller just wiped it clean and handed it over. There’s no way to reach them now. The screen has scratches, the battery barely lasts, and when I opened it up to check the inside, I found the HDD held in place with yellow tape. The RAM is outdated and runs at a low frequency. The buttons are greasy and heavily worn, and the trackpad edges are in bad shape. Even the Lenovo logo on the back looks faded, as if it was cleaned with a harsh chemical that stripped off the silver finish.The adapter is not original, looks too old, Windows was only a trial version, and the system was loaded with 2-3 bloatware and cracked software. I wouldn’t recommend this seller. I didn’t return it because I planned to gift it to someone and that guy anyhow took it, but the whole experience has been really disappointing.

Extremely Disappointed – Two Completely Different Power Sockets and Poor Packaging
I received two completely different power sockets.On top of that, the laptop’s Microsoft Word and Excel applications are not opening or possibly missing, making it unusable for my needs.The packaging was careless and unprofessional — the laptop box was too large, and there was no bubble wrap or adequate protection inside, risking damage during shipping.

Received x260, not x270
good except for the fact that i got a X260, not 270 as listed. works better than expected for daily use like google meet and watching youtube except it gets hot REALLY fast due to its tiny cooling fan.

Laptip is defective
I bought 2 of these laptop. The other is working okay with just few scratches, but the other one is completely faulty. First, its not same model as the other has fingerprint and other hasnt. Next the paper wrapper sticked on the laptop and it leaves mark on it, even has few scratches but not really a big issue. Lastly the laptop itself, when i tried turning it on it didnt work so i thought that it just needs some charge so i charged it, after few min i started it again and then worked, i finished setting up i thought all is well but as soon as it hits the desktop view it popped a lot of viruses and the laptop hasnt even charged even a single bar. So over all experience isnt good, so be careful those who are purchssing renewed laptop, checked everything first.
