Underrated
Mini Arcade Machine Review: A Hidden Gem That Deserves More RecognitionAt first glance, this mini arcade machine might not seem like much. Other reviews talk about its "cheap build" and "mediocre games," but those opinions couldn't be further from the truth. In reality, this is one of those hidden gems that, once you give it a chance, becomes surprisingly addictive and offers far more value than you might expect.Build Quality is sturdy and seems well made. While it's smaller than the full-sized arcade cabinets, it is anything but flimsy. The wooden casing is solid, and the controls feel responsive and durable. Unlike some other mini arcades that feel like they could break after a few uses, this one holds up well to repeated play. The screen is clear and sharp, making even the more retro games pop.It has 12 Games that are Underrated but EngagingThere are 12 games in total, and while some may not be household names, they are genuinely fun once you start playing. A few of the titles are lesser-known classics, offering a nostalgic experience for those who appreciate hidden gems from gaming's past. You won’t find any major blockbusters here, but that’s part of the charm. Games like neo drift out (an addictive, fast-paced racing game) are easy to pick up, but hard to put down. Seriously, if you're a fan of racing games, it alone could be enough to make this arcade machine worth it. The controls are tight, the courses are challenging, and there's a sense of progression that makes you want to keep playing "just one more race."Other games like andro dunos and ganryu offer more variety, from platformers to shoot 'em ups. None of them feel like filler or afterthoughts—each title has its own charm, and with a little time, you’ll find yourself hooked on all of them. The Verdict: Great Fun at a Great PriceIf you’ve been turned off by negative reviews or low expectations, give this little arcade machine a shot. While it's true that it’s not packed with the most well-known games, what it does have is a solid selection of fun, well-crafted titles that will keep you coming back for more. The addictive racing game alone makes this a worthwhile investment, and the overall build quality will hold up over time. For anyone looking for a mini arcade that offers genuine enjoyment without breaking the bank, this one’s definitely worth considering.

Good retro fun
Comes with an extra controller and has several games and provides the ability to even connect it to a bigger TV. I only wish that it had an ability to add more games like some emulators do given the high cost of this.

Difficult seller, difficult return = Big regret
Came broken. Screen was all messed up and wouldn’t turn on. Difficult to get a full refund. Do not buy.

Only for diehard 1990s Neogeo fans and computer game historians
The most expensive personal gaming system ever released was the early 90s Neogeo, which sold for $650, or about ten times the price of this item adjusted for inflation. Moreover this comes preloaded with games, if you bought that earlier Neogeo you had to pay separately for game cartridges. The modern version is also superior for having an HDMI output, so you can play the games on a big screen. The games of course are extremely primitive by modern computer gaming standards, and are widely available free (if unlicensed) for emulators. The only reason to buy this is nostalgia for the original console format of the game, which was a rare luxury cult item in the 1990s. It does not even include the most popular Neogeo games, it's a collection of second-tier releases. Given that most top-tier Neogeo releases were already knock-offs of more popular arcade games, you're not getting premium games. But just as some people like B-movies more than A-pictures, there's a low-budget, wacky, independent feel to these games, with their mix of Japanese and garbled English, silly backstories and terms and jagged action. The manufacturing quality is good. The buttons and toggles work smoothly--both on the machine itself and a plug-in remote that can be used for two-player action. The display is clear, although the low resolution of the graphics makes that almost a disadvantage.
