Too hard.
Perhaps it was wrongly packed/labeled, but if this is the soft brush, then the hard brush could be used in place of a wire brush. I'm assuming it is a hard bristle brush incorrectly packed/labelled as "soft". Other than the firmness, it is a good quality toothbrush.
