Good voltage, snug fit to outlet
16V adapter outputs 18V. Great for Ring doorbells. It was kind of hard to mount, but if you use a smooth shaft phillips head screwdriver, you can slide the screw down to get right into the outlet. The green power LED is kind of useless, since this got mounted well out of sight.

This is what you need for the Ring doorbell with another chime on the circuit. The Ring and the chimes need more juice than the literature suggests. This gets the job done. Two other transformers did not work .

Failed in under 3 months. Absolutely no output
Failed in under 3 months. Absolutely no output, I belatedly noted that about 10% of reviews are "1". Most are related to short use failure. I don't like buying a product where there is a 90% chance it will work.

Perfect fit replacement part
Bought this to replace a garage door transformer that had been hit by lightning. Installed in just minutes, fixed the problem. You can't ask for anything more than that!

Excellent transformer
Our original doorbell wires were cut somewhere between the transformer and the front door. With a utility room in behind the closet that is next to the front door, running a wire there was easier than through the small attic space. We used this transformer and it worked well with an electronic doorbell with camera.
