I'm amazed at this belt. The heat is noticeable in less than a minute and after 10 minutes I'm looking for a control to turn the heating down a bit, but it isn't battery powered! There's some physics, chemistry, biology or all three going on here that I've never learned, or perhaps it's just magic. It seems to be easing the pulled muscles in my lower back by increasing blood circulation and providing extra support, and should I hope, help them heal and strengthen more quickly. I was skeptical when I ordered it, but it actually works and works well, with no batteries to run out or need charging. Easy to fit and you can dial in as much support as you want by stretching the elastic straps around your waist which secure with velcro. I was even thinking about knocking a star off as I think it feels a bit too hot, but that would be mean, as it works like magic. I found that wearing it over a thin t-shirt instead of next to the skin will make it feel a little less hot, so that is a good way of regulating the heat. I shall really enjoy the heat on winter dog walks. If you need to ease your lower back, just buy it, it costs less than a couple of coffees in a cafe.

Warms very fast and does help back pain, but much smaller than states but did stick well

This is amazing. For the price,it delivers great heat ,comfortable and doesn't slide up. I have had reduced pain in the lower back since wearing it. Thoroughly recommend this item

Not bad for the money but not as worm as they tell you

Used this twice so far, warms up about as much as if you rub your hands together once, so basically zero real heat. Only really using it for the magnets, who knows if they work so no idea why others have given it 5* its no good whatsoever for heat.Lets hope the magnets work otherwise not worth buying! Like the old saying, buy cheap pay twice!

Well I have to say I was skeptical but this is fab! I'm a size 10-12 got a medium and it's just perfect. Fits snug which you want as you feel like you have support but it's not too tight... The heat is back and tummy at the same time... It's quite an intense amount of heat it puts to my pleasant surprise.. you can work in this or be out and about ...hand wash only. A must buy for back complaints or ladies in needs..

Arrived today so I put it on straight away. It's smaller than the guide states so I'd recommend going a size up from your regular size.The velcro holds well and gives some (but not lots) back support.It's heated up within 30 minutes and it's definitely giving relief for my bad back (previously broken in 1998).The edges of the material are digging in a little but overall I'm happy with it. I'm tempted to return it for a larger size but then again it's on and working so I may not bother.
