As a IT security engineer I have a headset on my head all day at work so I am always looking for something that is both comfortable and has clear audio, and I found one here. Let me first begin with the comfort of this headset. It is very light and extremely comfortable to wear for long periods of time, such as a full workday. I do not always find this to be true with on the ear headset, but this set is great. Setup is very easy, and with the addition of a USB receiver this can be used on a desktop, or a tablet or laptop that does not have Bluetooth. The connection was very simple and gave me no issues connecting to my Windows 10, Windows 11, and Linux laptops using normal Bluetooth. I also had no issues connecting to a Windows 11 and Linux desktop using the included USB receiver. I really like the idea that the charging base used USB for charging, so there is no AC adapter to get misplaced. You can also charge the headset directly without using the charging station so this gives you flexibility when charging and if you travel you do not have to take the base with you. The range of the headphones is also impressive. I have been able to walk out of my office and go downstairs in my home to retrieve the all-important coffee refills without any disruption. Ok the sound is wonderful; it is crystal clear and does a very good job with very deep bass. The audio remains clear even when the sound is cranked up to a high level. The mic boom moves very smoothly and the audio on the mic is clear, and the boom sits off to the side as to not be in front of your mouth. The mic swings both ways so it can be used on the left or right. Over all this is a great headset for an incredible price, I plan on getting a second as so I have one at both my home office and onsite work office.

They started off fine, set up was easy, the price seemed fair, the fit was fairly comfortable (a little tight) and people could hear me just fine. After about a month people the mic quality went down people were not able to hear me, calls were coming in and out and my computer programs were even freezing. At first I thought it was my laptop so IT gave me new one on 2 separate occasions, still an issue. I returned the headphones for a replacement, they worked and then the same issue again. I’ve tried to use the extended warranty I signed up for but the website is no longer available. Now, I have these useless headphones and had to resort to my government issues headphones so you know they are trash but are better than these. At least the veterans I assist can hear me and the calls are not breaking up. Don’t waist your time or money. Even the extended warranty doesn’t work.

This is great wireless headset. The sound quality is great!

I've had this headset less than a year and it works fantastic. But, and this is a big but, the cheap plastic parts that compromise the headband and adjustment settings are so flimsy they both broke within weeks of each other under very light use. The headset is used by me for work and is not abused. The sound quality is excellent and it connects without issue each time. I liked it at first enough to recommend it to my coworkers, but since both plastic parts have broken (I have taped them to make them still work, shown in the photos) I have stopped recommending this product. The plastic parts that broke appear to be a high stress point when taking the headset on and off. If they redesign these so they don't break under only light use, I'd recommend this product again.

This company has been amazing. My first headset wouldn't connect with the dongle and I gave up trying to get it to work. About a month after purchase, the company reached out to me to see how the headset was. I explained the issue and they kindly sent me a second headset free of charge. That one also didn't connect with the dongle but it still works via Bluetooth so I didn't reach out. Couple months later they reached out and asked me how the second new headset was working and I explained my issue to which they sent me a new dongle and that new dongle works great! Companies that stand by their product and are willing to work with you are so very rare these days. I will purchase other items from this company for that very reason. By no means was I paid to do any of this. I'm only now writing this review because my parents asked me what my headset was for and I explained how exceptional the customer service of this company is

I have had this headset for about a year. The sound is good and the charge last a long time. However - these are the most uncomfortable headset I have ever tired. I'm currently searching to replace them. They press on the hard cartilage of my ears. I thought it would loosen over time but it hasn't.
