Works so much better than my Caldigit
In my case I did not want the audio to go to Bluetooth to the Caldigit. I fought that a lot as the Caldigit was incredibly pervasive. With this dock there is none of that plus I am using their power supply which the Caldigit could not do so I eliminated one wire.

Fried my laptop battery
Connected to Windows 10 Lenovo laptop via the provided USB-C cable for PD + data; one monitor connected via DP. Installed latest DisplayLink drivers. All good.After one week, Windows reported laptop battery "No longer present" (See screenshot). Tried manufacturer recommended troubleshooting steps and others found on the internet to no avail; I'll need a new laptop battery. Best guess PD was of poor quality, impacting the battery.This laptop has been my daily driver for about two years. I have had ZERO issues with it, battery or otherwise. I bought it along with two others of the exact model for my family in the same purchase order here on Amazon. If it was an age-related issue, I'd expect the other two laptops to also have a problem, but they are fine.I saw another review mention a similar issue with this WAVLINK device. I figured it could have been a fluke, especially with all the positive reviews. But, nope, it killed my laptop battery too.DO NOT BUY

It doesn’t work due to software issues
The wavlink doesn’t work properly. When my computer goes to sleep the docked screen doesn’t wake back up! A couple times it wakes back up a few minutes later. Terrible. I reached out to customer service and never got a response. I followed their online story forum and uninstalled, and then reinstalled the drivers. That didn’t fix it either.UPDATE: Still no response from WavLink customer service after reaching out to them. This product sucks! Avoid at all cost.

for peripherals its great. Video is laggy
The dock is great to connect all your peripheral but if you connect monitors to it, the video quality is extremely laggy.

Lots of connections - flaky driver
Performance is fine when it isn’t being temperamentalI suspect it is the driver as it is an add on piece of software that is needed.

That didn't take long...
The instructions say that this item requires installation of system drivers from the manufacturer's website in order for its display features to work properly. This requrement to install drivers is expected. However, the drivers fail to install; the installer software is defective and just hangs in "preparing..." mode. So the device cannot perform as it is required to do. The manufacturer is unresponsive by email, phone or chat. This is getting boxed up for return in the morning, and has been a complete waste of time.

Got sent 2 of them, never could get it to work as advertised. Tried HD with Amazon and walking and no dice.
