I bought this M6 Gimbal a while ago and have been happy with it. IT works great even though I generally do not use the app for my purposes.The review however is focused on their customer service department... I had an issue with a control knob on the gimbal coming off while we were using it. Just the knob... but I couldn't fix it myself.I reached out to Hohem and even with international time differences and logistics, they quickly replied, put me on a Zoom call to see exactly what the problem was, and then sent me a replacement part at no charge. (More than a year after purchase!)It solved the problem. But what was really cool was that their team emailed me throughout the process with updates, shipping and tracking details, and even after the part arrived to make sure it solved the problem.I felt that the Hohem customer service team really cares about their customers and makes every effort to get things taken care of.
