It does the job!
This product is must easier to take/swallow than just plain psyllium husks because it is flavoured very slightly with mint. It has also some other beneficial ingredients included. I would recommend this product to anybody who is suffering from sluggish bowels. The product was sent to me very swiftly.

Worked wonders for me
I think there is some confusion over what this product is supposed to do, it is not a laxative. What is does do is bulk faecal movements. If you suffer from hard stools or constipation then this is not the product for you. If you want firmer stools and less wiping then this can work wonders. I'm not sure if it can help with weight loss, but that is not why I bought it, however it does make you feel fuller.Edit: They have changed the formula so that it is now very difficult to mix without horrible lumps developing, they have also put up the price by 25%. I've moved to basic Psyllium Husks at a quarter of the price.

Well it is what it says, and it does kind of make you feel fullBut did nothing for bowel regulatity and health for meAlmost made me feel harder to go to the toilet .. not sure if this possiblePlus half the box was empty which is a shame. Not sure if its meant to be like that or something was wrong with my product???Wish I didn’t waste my money on this
