Works Great In the Kitchen
I hurt my knee and gave away my stationary bicycle, but I held on to this mat. Now it's in front of my kitchen sink, where it keeps my feet warmer than the tile floor ever did. Plus, it's squishy enough that I feel I can stand at the sink for hours, which is a good thing because I spend a lot of time on meals and a lot of time cleaning the pots and pans and dishes and utensils I make so dirty. Yes, I have a dishwasher, but it doesn't get items cleaner than my own hands.

Good mat for elliptical machine
This mat is a great fit for my Solo elliptical. The machine doesn't slip while using, and the thickness is perfect for ensuring there are no marks left on the carpet. We definitely had a time unrolling and getting it to stay flat, but putting heavy objects on the corners will help you with that.

No toxic smell, cushioning is awesome
This is a perfect mat to go under the treadmill/walking pad that I purchased at the same time and they now sit on my carpeting. It rolled out easy and had absolutely no smell at all. It's really durable and will protect both my carpet and the treadmill, the cushioning is awesome. I am very happy with it and feel it was definitely worth the purchase price.
