Cooking for a large crowd is now easier.
It cooks tri-tip and pork belly very well. I guess hanging the meat up helps in the flavor department too. You can also cook a lot of meat indirectly. 8 to 10 tri tip is possible.

Must have for Weber Kettle
I was looking to get a barrel smoker, but chose this to put on my Weber Kettle. It has worked out perfectly, great construction and it fits snug on the kettle. Only complaint is the hooks that come with it are too small, recommend getting bigger hooks. I have used it several times to make ribs and chicken.

Great results smoking ribs! Great customer service.
This turned my weber kettle into a full fledged smoker. The temperature is easy to regulate. The ring will allow for up to 3 standard 22 inch Weber kettle grates to allow for even more cooking area. So you can smoke a lot of meat on the grill, or hang a lot of meat vertically with the hanging frame.The construction is sturdy enough and the ring sits cleanly on the kettle.I did have an issue with the hanging frame being warped (likely shipment damage) and not sitting cleanly on the top. I contacted the seller and they sent me out a replacement free of charge. So excellent customer service.Looking forward to many meat feasts with this upgrade to my weber kettle.

Holds up well
This addition to my Weber Performer has been awesome. It definitely holds consistent temps and is my new go to when smoking briskets or ribs. I’ve had for over six months now and it looks just like the first day I got it.

Kettle to WSM
Material is pretty decent. Had to shave down my lid holder for the bottom lip to sit flush. Still getting a little bit of smoke leak. I’ll probably get a gasket to fix that. It would be better if there was more grate levels. The bottom is too low, can’t add additional charcoal without lifting the whole thing up. The top is too high for bigger cuts of meat. I’ll probably add two more levels between the three. The door is nice and sealed well with gasket and the probe port is an great addition.

Great gift
I got this for a gift for my husband who loves his Webber grill. It fits perfectly on top making it tall enough to hang racks of ribs. He loves it.
