Q: Is it possible to change the rack ear configuration? Doesn't appear to be able to fit in a 19" rack.

I bought 2 of these in 2021. They came with a small plate to attach to the bottom of both units to set them in a rack side by side. Be careful, I used the long screws on the side that DIDN'T have the rack ears, and it shorted something out out. Unit would not power on. Make sure to keep the original short screws on the inner sides that will touch in the middle that don't have the rack ears.

Q: what frequency rage are these 100 selectable frequencies in?

They are in the 500 mhz range. PoCenter

Q: Can you run two seperate mono mixes on this?

Not really, because the receivers don't have a pan/balance control.

Q: Can the mono inputs be used as channels? Can the L be used as channel 1 sending one mix to headset 1 and R be used as channel 2 to headset 2?

I'd love to hear about how to do this too, has anyone been able to get different mixes to different receivers from one transmitter?
