These work great for keeping things regular without causing any cramping or bloating. I’ve been taking them daily with water and they’ve really helped my digestion. Easy to swallow and no weird taste. Definitely a solid fiber supplement.

This is amazing. I still have my gallbladder, but unfortunately I have gallbladder dysfunction where my gallbladder releases too much bile when I consume more than 10g of fat per meal. Then within a couple hours of eating more than that, things become not so nice on the backend of things. To put things in perspective, 1 tbsp of butter or oil is over 10g, so I have been living on the most basic, boring diet.I took 6 pills of this, 15 mins before eating a delicious steak dinner (over 50g of fat) and had zero issues! While I don't plan on abusing this, these pills have at least given me the opportunity to have a cheat meal once in a while, go on vacation without packing meals, or go to music festivals stress- and toilet-free.

These NOW Foods Psyllium Husk Caps work really well for promoting regularity and digestive health. I like that they’re non-GMO and made with simple, clean ingredients. After a few days of consistent use, I noticed a big difference in how light and regular I felt. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the capsules are a bit large and you need to take several at a time. Still, totally worth it for the benefits! 🌿💊👍

Product Review: Fiber PillsI started taking these fiber pills in June 2025, following the a dosage of 6 pills per day (3 in the morning and 3 at night). Initially, they worked quickly, inducing bowel movements within an hour or so.However, after about two months of use (June to August), I've noticed a significant slowdown in their effectiveness.More concerning are the side effects I've experienced, including:- Stomach cramps- Headaches- Throat swellingGiven these adverse reactions, I've decided to discontinue use for my safety.
