This product is so so good and yummy, and just the right amount of oatmeal inside the cup. I am a huge fan of these. The sugar content however is a little bit way too sweet. Texture awesome. Sturdiness awesome. I do not know if there is protein content inside of these I do not read the ingredients anyways.

So convenient to have these on hand! Tastes good and easy to make.I don't even have to worry about it boiling over in microwave even though my eyesight isn't great so have trouble seeing the fill line.

It was good the taste was great to me but my kids haven't tried yet.

I place a cup next to my electric tea kettle at night and in the morning it is fast and easy to have breakfast. Tastes good too.
