The online picture makes these look like pretty decent faux stag grips but in person they look just horrible. They are completely smooth, literally just a picture on very thin wood grips. Very disappointed. No way I would put them on my nice firearm. The screws that come with them are super cheapo flat head screws that look yellow instead of brass of gold. I would give them no stars if I could because I also get to pay to ship them back as a return. Waste of time and money. DON"T BUY THESE.

Beautiful grips and fit my 1911A1 Service Special by Tisas perfectly looks fantastic, feels good and is real wood grips. My only complaint is that in the pictures when you look through them to see what your buying show nice gold screws and I thought the grips came with them but in fact does not at least the grips I got did not come with them so it is miss leading a little bit and not a deal breaker. They definitely are gorgeous grips and look great on my 1911A1.

The grips don’t fit to well for my gun. Will have to sand them down on the edges. Doesn’t look as advertised either. I’d rather just spend the time and make real antler 1911 grips then put these on.

Nice grips, except the sides are not painted, they show wood color that you can see.Fast shipping & nice box. I "painted" the grip sides with black finger nail polish, they look good.

These grips are awful. Top sections are unfinished, very cheap, thin, wood. They look textured in the photos for the faux stag but they are smooth painted. Absolute trash, would actually be a shame to put them on a cheap RIA. Very unpleased.

Good fit but seems a bit thinner than the checkered wood grips that came on my Remington 1911. Screws are just a little higher than the surface of the new grips.
