Excellent product !!!Am using it to keep my 6 Husky/German Shepherd dogs from crossing into areas that I do not want them in at that time.It is easy to release and open the lock, due to the larger handle that keeps your fingers from being scraped on the rest of this gate.Great value for the money.As for the height, pay attention to what size you need, so you do not buy one not tall or wide enough for your situation.The size for me is perfect for most doorways and hallways.As is the height.It is easy to install.The sturdiness is great, to prevent 6 large size dogs from knocking it down when installed.I recommend this product !!!

I thought of buying a used baby gate but found this Made in USA baby gate and bought it instead. Very affordable, gray price for value. Strong, high quality plastic gate with either options of pressure mounting or screwed into the wall mounting. Take some time to set it up but easy enough. It fits well into typical door entrance. Highly recommend. One thing though: the included 2 sided tape is not great, probably exposed to heat. Please fix that

Great gate! Just using the pressure option, not screwing into wall, keeps our mastiff contained when we need to. My only issue is that the handle can be a little tricky to maneuver out of the slot sometimes to take it back down.

The lock works a lot better than some of my other gates that I have purchased in the past. This is very sturdy and was a decent price, worth it. It fits great in my doorway. The color is neutral and is very versatile for different sized doorways.

The hinges should be longer so that the screws are not completely obstructed. (see pictures) It was madness trying to get the screw into the wall while not messing up the unremovable soft part support of the gate. (see pictures)If the hinges were longer there wouldn't have been a problem with this. Flat head screws would also have been better in my opinion. The gate arrived broken on a crucial part and the box was quite damaged (see pictures) but that falls on whoever stepped in it, threw it or placed something heavier than this product on top of it (Amazon warehouse)Gate should arrive with proper sized hinges to match the design of the gate otherwise you have to go above the baseboards so it fits and swings adequately. (see pictures)This won't keep the chihuahua out of the area as he is 8lbs and can easily slide under the gate. The other two dogs are bigger (between 15 to 20lbs) so they shouldn't be able to nudge it open since it swings towards them. I'll probably add some soft plastic to the bottom of the gate for the chihuahua.My little toddler does like it and he can open and close it to keep the vultures (dogs) out of the area when he is snacking in his room and my little boy likes the idea of being able to open and close this gate on his own.Would I buy it again? No.I will pay better attention to the wall set up (hinges and screws) for the next gate we get.Do I recommend this gate with current hinges (set up)? No.It could have been set up better with longer hinges. This current set up makes it hard to take the gate off as well.Does it work for its intended purpose with current set up? No.Current set up only keeps out 2 out of 3 dogs and will require an additional do it yourself bottom cover to make up for the extra few inches that were added to the bottom due to the baseboards.Will this current set up work for containing a toddler? No.My toddler can open/close this gate with ease in its current state. You would have to tighten it a bit more so it doesn't open but then it defeats the purpose of the swinging gate feature as it would then be a mounted pressured gate that's now attached to the wall.If it's used just as a pressured gate it should be fine but it's not very tall. The chicken wire design makes it easy enough for most dogs, but cats and children to climb over it. I picked this gate over the slit gates because the chihuahua can just walk on through them and the others attempt to do the same.I felt the toddler could get hurt attempting the same thing but they won't climb this because it's more of a detterent in a way due to its bulky design.

No issues so far, I bought to use to gate off an area for my guinea pigs to run and play and have some large space to enjoy & get some exercise or play time. Does what it says and works fine so far.

This is the best for quality and price. I like the plastic because it can be used outdoors to block a child or dog from going to places you don’t want, like behind a garage or alley way. Love it so much I bought 4! It is sturdy, easy to use, has wide adjustable capability. The height is just right as well. The sand color is neutral and can blend in anywhere. Definitely recommend.

It’s sturdy and is perfect for an inexpensive way to block off a path, stairway, or room. You can use pressure mount or hard mount with the enclosed hardware necessary to install. It can also be installed to swing which is a nice feature. I only will use it infrequently so opted to pressure mount. Set up very quickly and keeps the kiddo’s off the stairs.
