IceCap Color Changing CO2 Absorbent Media 1kg

Works well, better than BRS. Last longer and the color change is more noticeable.I am running on a closed loop on my skimmer threw the sealed collection container. I have a Ph controller that opens a bypass when Ph goes over 8.4.I picked up 5 gallons of Jorvet, which is reported to last longer but doesn't color change. I will use just a top layer of the Icecap over the Jorvet to know when it is kicked.Happy reefing.

This media for a CO2 Scrubber definitely works but don't buy it off of Amazon! The price of the 1kg bag is twice the price that you pay for the same brand name and size bag on BRS. If it had a better price, I would have given it 5 stars.

I did not purchase from this seller although I am purchasing from them this time. I've always struggled to keep my pH over 8. Since I've used this media my pH stays between 8.3 during the day and 8.25 at night. I suggest setting up your scrubber as a re circulating system. I've tried to attach a picture but the Amazon all on through my kindle won't let me. I've been running the same media now for just about a month and it still hasn't turned blue. If you are struggling with pH and running a line to pull outside air, this is a great option.

The product didn’t last very long and never changed color to show that it was exhausted. Found a much cheaper option that does change color and lasts longer.
