I use saffron in my green tea every day and I wanted to try Lion Saffron from a very long time. I must the say the product is up to my expectations and was a great buy. I have used it daily in my green tea or haldi/turmeric milk. It adds a great color and flavor to the anything you add it to. I have added it to my Modaks, Banana Bread and Biryani preparations and they have all turned out to be great. The product also has instructions printed on the correct dosage and temperatures which is very handy for newbies adding saffron to their routines. I have soaked few strands of saffron in hot milk/water for few hours before using it and it seemed to do the trick for achieving best results.Also, I have added the soaked saffron to my homemade face packs and it has given noticeable results. It greatly helped with soothing acne inflammation. The quality of the product is extremely good so I can safely use it without compromise for internal consumption and even external application.Overall, I am very happy with this purchase and would order again. Moreover, this 5gms is going to come a long way for me as it can be easily kept in the fridge and used for 2 years at-least.The product had arrived promptly, even a day earlier than the ETA. The packing was great for the 5gms saffron. The saffron was nicely packed in a airtight plastic box which was kept in yellow pouch which can be used to carry with you in your handbag. This pouch was further sealed in a zip-lock pack for protection from damages during transport and handling. Really appreciate the care taken in all aspects by the Lion Saffron Brand.

The trust that had in Lion Brand on its use over the years seems to vane this instance of purchase. Very poor quality - devoid of any aroma, very low colour diffusion. Certainly not expected from the famed LION BRAND. Though the return window stands closed - the faith in the brand stands eroded for further purchases. Hope LION has the time and inclination to provide a feedback. Had stored it optimally at our end.
