I like these supplements and no fishy aftertaste like some codliver oil supplements I have had in the past.

Only taken these for a few days so far, so will edit at some point refeffectiveness.For now I can just confirm they arrived on time, have NO FISHY SMELL (🏆) and are easy to swallow.I take cod liver oil for my dry eye disorder (blocked meibomian glands), on my Moorefields Eye Hospital Consultant’s recommendation.Anyone who suffers dry eye/blocked Meibomian glands knows how debilitating this is.(I have provided below the habits and eye hygiene routine that after 2/3 yrs trial and error FINALLY manage mine👍 Hopefully helpful for any other sufferers still trying to find out what works for them)I usually take Seven Seas, they are effective, but they do stink of fish, and it permeates my other meds in my pill box!No matter how fast I swallowed, I’d get a taste.Also on occasion got nasty fish burps too😱But THESE really don’t have that awful fishy smell.Been taking them for a week now, so not long enough to see if they help with my eyes, but will update in a few weeks.Easy to swallow too.Took me SO to find an eye hygiene routine and products that work. Spent a FORTUNE on products and gadgets promising a cure. (Forget expensive eye drops!!! See below!!)I was at my wits end tbh.Impacted my sleep massively.Was ready to fork out on an expensive clinic procedure with only 75% chance of addressing the problem, and likelihood would come back!So finally finding a cheap home routine that worked was just brilliant.No ONE thing cures it. But what worked wonders for me is the below:- HYDRATION!I often forget to drink water! Esp in Autum/ Winter. Dehydration is a killer for dry eye! (Plus a whole list of issues we all suffer!!) So I now have alarms set on my phone to remind me every hour to drink a glass of water. REALLY helps!! (Helps our cognitive executive function too!!)- 8 hours sleep!! Seriously, makes ALL the difference (and helps with mental health and exec function!!)!!- Cut RIGHT back on screen time! (My worst habit is watching youtube clips til stupid o’clock!’ TERRIBLE for my eyes! ALWAYS have issues overnight/ in morning when I do it😱)- A good eye hygiene routine— every morning/night I wash my eyes with a BRILLIANT Aussie Tea tree oil soap!Gently cleans gunk away, no sting, great for my skin too. (Leaves it squeaky clean!!)— Then apply Warm eye pack for 10 mins (microwave heatpacks, bigger the better)— Gently roll clean index fingers from sockets to lid a few times to help ‘milk’ ducts- Using a cotton swab (moistened in lash cleaner like Blepharosol) and GENTLY wipe across the smooth edge of the lids, at the base of the lashes, to ensure any gunk expressed is removed.- If morning: Apply non preservative eye drops- If night: Apply a generic eye OINTMENT (can grt across counter in any chemist). I don’t put it in my eye, I just smear it along the base of my lashes and into corners. Stops my eyes sticking together whilst I sleep (helps me sleep thru too!!) I can recommend Hycosan Night time (cheap, available on here..has vit C added), but generic is ok too👍)- Apply a gentle eye moisturiserWith dry eye we can get VERY red sore skin around our eyes. The ONLY sensitive eye moisturiser my poor sore eyes could stand is SBR Topialyse Palperbral Irritated Eyelids Anti Itch Soothing Cream (available on here)Sorry war and peace, but would love to be able to help others with this awful condition. There IS light at the end of the tunnel!Only been on these a few days, so will let you know if they do the job with my eyes👍

I sent for these because of the high potency plus the associated vitamins I’ve been taking them for a couple of weeks I’m hoping they’re as good as I think they should be

I've been taking the oil tablets for sometime and have noticed that these higher strength work much better.Delivered fast, well packaged and on time.Soft gel capsules are easy to swallow.Top product.

Large pills to swallow but seem to slide down easily as torpedo shaped. No after taste which is good.

Been taking these for years along with a couple of other supplements, I’m now 58 been a gym goer for over 40 years, i run regularly and don’t suffer from joint problems .. I believe taking these capsules along with daily exercise keep my joints in good working order … like you oil an engine, these do the same for your joints, the other capsule to take is curcumin as it works as an anti inflammatory ..
