I ordered this product from Amazon after 5-6 days mail electronic unit malfunctioning, hence approched to Amazon customer support they said 5 days replacement window finished we can't help you though product is fauly, they didn't offer any help and just raised their hands.On ground of humanity they have not even agreed to take up this issue with brand, and give supprrt to customer, they only follow their system.When I approched brand support they are realy good people, they listen the issue & raised service complaint, immediately in few hours Ms. Pushpanjali called she understood issue, connected on video call to checked product functionality live also taken small video as proof and agreed product doesn't working and accepted fault & processed request to replace the main unit (pink clour machine)I really appreciate brand support from brand support team Pushpanjali called us she understood importance of this product understood the issue & given quick resolution.
