I am not swollen!
This product works! How I know? My rings still fit and are loose while I am pregnant. My ankles are not swollen. I have been taking these since I was about 2 months pregnant. I have daily regular bowel movements (maybe tmi but if it helps someone=good) and no swelling in my body. I do drink a LOT of water on regular basis to maintain health. The pills don't really taste like anything since you swallow them and don't distinguish much. When you first open the bottle, it smells really good! I am on my 5th of 6th bottle already. Very happy!

Broken Seal - Buyer Beware!
I purchased one bottle and then reordered two bottles of Dandelion Root and all three had the seal under the plastic caps partially opened. In the mayhem I got one Saw Palmetto prostate supplement. This one was fully sealed under the plastic cap.
