I FREAKING love these! Hun A Killer is great fun! If you are a true crime junkie and love to try and solve crimes along with the detectives on TV, well this is the "game" for you. The original price was $29.99, which I think is high, I found on here for $22-ish. I bought it. The company that puts these out rate them for difficulty, so it's easy to gage your level or how much you want to take on. This is good for 1 person or many. I did this alone while my husband was at work. It took me longer than the time they same it should take, but I think it was because I was very thorough. I didn't want to submit my answer and have it be wrong. The clues given are durable and real-life like. I had fun and felt like I was a true detective!

LOVE THIS!! So many clues and felt challenging without feeling impossible. I used to be a true crime fan and this scratched the itch of being an investigator. This was also so well made and well thought out. I'm so thrilled about all the different materials and papers used for this kit, it made it feel even more immersive. If you're good to the stuff within the box you can even reuse it and share with others. So well thought out and executed. Cannot say enough good about it!

We absolutely love Hunt a Killer murder mysteries, and murder mysteries have quickly become one of our favorite date night activities! The creators really outdid themselves with this one—there’s so much creativity packed into the evidence and story, making it an immersive experience from start to finish.The game strikes the perfect balance between solvable and challenging. It’s tough enough to keep you thinking, but rewarding once you piece everything together. We’ve played it with just the two of us, but it’s also great for a larger group—everyone can get involved and share their theories.If you’re into murder mystery games or just looking for a fun, engaging way to spend an evening, I highly recommend Body on the Boardwalk. I LOVE murder mysteries! I had been looking for a place in my area to take my partner to attend a murder mystery dinner but they were kind of expensive, and my partner wasn't sure they'd enjoy the experience. SO I found the Hunt a Killer brand here on Amazon and decided to surprise them with an at home version, I was not disappointed. We made a wonderful dinner and delved into this box. The story was interesting with a variety of colorful characters! We both whittled it down to a suspect but we didn't agree so we checked both with the solution checker and I was right! (They were too in a way but I had the correct entry.) One thing to note is to check your solution go to the Hawkspringsrodeo web page and hit the Contact button - it's not on the riprodeo web page. This confused my partner but it all worked out. We enjoyed our time and are planning on trying Death Below Deck in a few months for another at home date nightThe only thing that kept me from giving a 5 star review is that the lock for Patches clown makeup box was busted. We had the combination right but had to cut the lock to feel confident we had the right suspect.

As a true crime fan, I bought this for myself to solve. The quality of the clues included was impressive. The curation of the clues with different types of paper mimicking the actual paper they were representing was an impressive detail. It was very immersive and I was totally focused on it until I solved it. I had a great time and it was worth every dollar. I would like to mention that this is the third Hunt A Killer mystery that I have done myself and they are all equally good. They are very challenging when doing solo, but I imagine that a group of people could solve them in under two hours.

Take 4 people to a movie and you're going to spend $50+ easy. This was more entertaining than a movie and the end result was more satisfying.I appreciate that the game can be easily packaged back up and passed along to a friend.Website worked on Android phones but not Iphone.. it was weird. In the end the website wasn't really required, it was just some added story.It's something different and it was fun so we'll buy more.

Amazing! THANK YOU SO MUCH MA FOR BUYING THIS! The design is awesome, and this was my first one! I highly recommend this to everyone to sharpen that creativity and detective wit! Just don't open that envelope with the soultion until you have all reached a conclusion! ;)

I’ve done some of these before and this one was a gift. My brother loved it and had fun solving the mystery. Only negative is that it’s pretty pricey for a one time game. But you can always regift or sell it.
