Great for ensuring every gram of flour gets incorporated into my sourdough bread dough from the sides of my mixing bowl. They are just flexible enough to clean the sides of the bowl. They also serve to help shape the dough on the countertop prior to cold proofing. A great bread-baking tool!

I bought these scrapers to use on my marble countertops because I was afraid that using anything metal that would scratch them. They leave no marks, work really well, and are super easy to clean up. I’ve even put them in the top rack of the dishwasher with no issues. I also like the fact that the curved back can be used as a bowl scraper. This is a really great kitchen gadget and it’s not so big that it’ll take up any room in your drawers.
