Bought as. Christmas gidtfor grandson so cant comment on it other than quick delivery, good price and well packaged.

Do not bother.
The three dimension of the game just does not work. It is regularly hit by participants throughout the game and as a result collapses. The game is similar to Frustration but with characters and added elements. We have not read the book, so no relatable understanding of characters. We enjoy Frustration but Grandpa’s Great Escape board game had us just plain frustrated.

Only rated the game 1 star because half a star wasn’t an option. The most overly complex game of moving many multiple pieces with two dice it was totally bemusing to the point of being stressful and not enjoyable.

Absolute waste of time and money.
This is the worse game I have ever tried to play. The instructions are unable to understand. 5 adults, including1 Grammar School kid, could not get our heads around this game. The cut out did not fit the board. Waste of money. I would be embarrassed to have my name attached to this game if i was David Walliams.
