Interesting Flavour. Worth a try
Does what it says on the bottle.Provides a Smoky flavour to food.(Chilli Con Carne is an excellent example.) HOWEVER DO USE SPARINGLY.

Kinda like a Dark Soy Sauce.
I got this right after i opened the cover. the whole bottle was soaked on the liquid. it was damage and i have tried to return it. it says no return policy. then can i have refund?Edited: After a hour of loop for searching the refund policy. I finally got a conversation with a nice lady who offered me full 1.88 quid refund. And said to me that the bottle doesn't need to be return. So I opened it. A glass on the top of the bottle was chipped. Also when I smelled the liquid it was just soy sauce which seems to be more concentrated like a dark soy sauce. Can't see any difference.

A must have if you are vegan.
This is about my third purchase. I get through these quick and yet I only use a few dashes from the bottle d once a week to add to fried mushrooms to add to Sunday breakfast. Fry up them bad boy button mushrooms on high heat for a good 10 mins, add salt and pepper then add liquid smoke and then turn on low for 5 mins and dig into those yummy mushrooms. Good enough for a hotel breakfast.

After reading about liquid smoke so much in recipes I had to try it. I read a lot of info on the Stubbs brand and felt the absolute need to try this out. Works perfect in tofu and now I even add into pasta sauces. Was afraid to add even a small amount but now I have 2 bottles on the go!The liquid is completely fluid, not thick at all. Regarding the stretch, you shouldn't be afraid to add more than it says in - while a little goes a long way, it's when you add splashes of the stuff the flavour really comes through.
