Great quality. Super firm. Awesome support. Not flat at all. Stays cool throughout the night! The cool side is the side I sleep on to keep cool. The other side is softer but warmer. All in all. Great product! Would recommend.

I have a neck injury and it is so hard to get comfortable. These pillows are a game changer! The pieces of foam allow the pillow to conform to your neck and head like no other pillow, and the ability to add/remove the filler without jeopardizing the inner or outer cover makes them customizable. I have only had them for a couple of days now, but it’s helping me sleep much better. I found them to be too bulky/puffy at first, but removing some of the filler solved the problem without sacrificing the support. They also stay cool, which is a huge plus.

I had a set of king pillows I bought about 4 years ago by a small business called Dreamy Blue that, at the time, averaged around $55 each, and I absolutely loved them. I'm a side sleeper who frequently gets overheated & needs a pillow to wrap around and prop my leg up over while I'm resting to keep my spine & back supported. The Dreamy Blue pillows were absolutely perfect for this, but the cover for the pillows frequently left me overheating & uncomfortable, so I set out to find a comparable pillow that would be just as firm, but cooler while I slept.This pillow was highly rated on Amazon, so I decided to give it a try. The filling capacity to this pillow is immense--it is very easy to adjust to the exact firmness or softness you require by simply adding or removing foam. It comes with some extra foam as well, so you can perfectly adjust it to your preference.Having said that, initially upon opening there is a very strong chemical smell associated with the foam. The manufacturer assured me this was normal, so to puff it out faster & help get rid of the smell I tossed it in the dryer for about 20-30 mins with some Gain dryer sheets on tumble dry low, then pulled it out & sprayed it down with Febreze, which seemed to do the trick.The first night I immediately felt more comfortable and rested. I liked that I could flip the pillow over to a "cooling" side or a "warmer" side to adjust according to my body temperature. I tend to run really hot when I sleep, so being able to flip it over to a much cooler fabric face was just heavenly. This effect could be felt even through the pillowcases I had purchased for it (I really recommend getting some 100% Vicose Bamboo fabric pillowcases; Amazon has some that are mixed-fabric every now and then, but those tend to grab at your hair & get uncomfortable after the first wash. Look for ones that are 100% Bamboo; it really does make a HUGE HUGE difference if you're a hot sleeper!!) and I was immensely grateful for that.Plus, the value for the money here is unbeatable; you get two pillows essentially for the price of what would normally be only one anywhere else. That these pillows are so immensely comfortable & easy to wash and maintain, on top of that, makes it an easy decision.Definitely try these pillows out--you won't regret it!

First off, let me say that these types of pillows are my go-to over the old polyester filled ones I used to buy. When you combine that and a cooling cover? Sold! With a price-point like this, it was an easy choice.When it arrived it was overstuffed and needed to have a little material removed. Easily done. Then I combined it and a bamboo fabric cooling case and it was the right mix of soft and puffy with good support. I was pleased with the quality of manufacture also, that some pillows I've tried have lacked and allowed stuffing to come out.Overall, I'm pleasantly surprised with these pillows and would recommend them to the My Pillow crowd.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Soft, cool, and double sided. Great pillows I like one firm amd one soft and this was a great choice for a soft one t got with our new bed set.

Have been using them for a good amount of time now and can say that they make my bed soo much more comfy! My old pillows would go flat and I could never get them to re-fluff! These ones do go flat but I just flip them to the other side and they're more fluffy. You can also take out the memory foam to make them as thick or thin as you need or as fluffy or flat as you want! Highly recommend for a more comfy sleep! Sometimes it does get hot and I flip the pillow around which works great for me :) Would definitely buy again! The quality is nice and the fabric is soft as well so it's not harsh on the face or skin or hair.

I am sooo happy woth my purchase! It is a THICK pillow...and i saw afraid it would be too much for my sleep "style" and make me wake with a neck pain. Nope. In combination with cooling pillow case and a cooling blanket? The trifecta of sleep! Its firm yet soft...just the absolutely BEST pillow ive ever purchased! Oh my gosh....if youve been thinking about new pillows, a hot sleeper or not...I definitely recommend! A STRONG STRONG STRONG RECOMMENDATION

Good pillow. Softness is ok. It's not a flat type pillow. Filling seems to be ok so far. Design of the pillow covers are alright. The pillow has two side to it. With a blue tag on one side, that reads cold side, and a green tag on the other side reading bamboo side. The cold side of the pillow case is made of a fabric that reminds me of like a table cover or curtain it's got a weird texture to it that's what makes it cold feeling when you don't lay on it, but that coldness goes away very fast imo. The other side, the bamboo side is a soft snaggy type fabric, which I don't like it that much, so I just use the cold side of the pillow anyways because thats what i wanted in the first place was a cold pillow. The price seems ok for the two pillow so, all en all id say not a bad pillows but not a great pillow either.... update company reached out and was very professional and made this a better. So i will give 4 star because of customer service is top notch.
