The media could not be loaded. The screen is great! The delivery was scheduled at the time it was ordered with a delivery window of an entire day. A bit frustrating when my wife and I made special arrangements in our work schedules to be home so we could sign for it and it didn't show up. I place more fault on the delivery company though so am not going to 'ding' Elite Screens for this. This is more feedback to maybe consider alternate delivery companies if this is a pattern. The screen itself seems very high quality and very easy to use (picture and video attached). I still need to hide some of the cords better, but overall it's a great addition to our media room.

For the size of the screen, this seems to have been a good buy. Packaging was adequate and the screen was delivered without issue. Out of the box, it worked as promised. The IR remote works fine, though I haven't tried getting it to sync with my projector yet. It does curl at the edges. If you are a stickler for a flat screen I'd recommend spending a bunch more money and buy one with tension cords or get a non-retractable screen with a frame. My screen has no wrinkles or folds or waves. I'm not sure what your odds of receiving a problematic screen as seen in other reviews, but my screen is flat and smooth. I took a star off, as I agree with other reviews that this should have a center bracket. I had to hang mine from the vaulted ceiling in our great room, so it's just on two hooks, and this is a heavy long screen for two hangers.

The media could not be loaded. This is the best 180 inch at this price offer. Images are crisp and the screen material is better. I have used many screen types before but in terms of price this is great.Only one thing I don't see option to set upper and lower threshold points for the screen when rolling I guess all modern screen doesn't have that it either.Still exploring

Why do all the others at this size cost around 3K, 3 times what this cost! the projected image from my Optima short throw is just as good as going to the theatre at this 180" size (almost 14ft wide) and saves the cost of the tickets and I can press pause when I need to!!! :) the remote works perfect, screen goes up and down smooth with low noise. I can't find anything that I'm not 100% satisfied with. Oh, and easy to hang, not too heavy so just 2 wood screw hooks into a beam in the ceiling works perfect. THANK YOU ELITE SCREEN for offering a screen at this size and not charging as much as your competitors.

This is a REALLY big screen! I wish the remote control worked from a longer distance away. You have to be right next to it to drop/lift the screen.

The screen is awesome. But make sure u check the screen completely. It took a couple of weeks before I unboxed this monster and had help mounting it. When I took it out of the package I noticed that one of the mounts was bent, but I thought it's not that big of a deal so I bent it back. When I unboxed it the rest of the way I noticed that it was bent in the middle, it seems as though someone either landed on its side and it collapsed in the middle of little bit. I still want to head and mounted the screen and it still looks great, there's only a couple of waves on the screen but once the movie starts you can't even notice. Just know that when you buy the screen it is 180 inches and a monster to mount. You will definitely need help mounting this screen.

Installed just few days back now Remote is not working after few uses unfortunately return closed, it will be great if I can return.

This thing is huge, and I love it! Had a 100" before - totally worth the extra money.It's quietIt's barely noticable when retractedIt's heavy - I recommend a stud if possible and some crazy strong wall anchors if the studs do line up it's like 75 pounds of screen.
