This stuff is interesting and definitely has some effects. I heard this was good for people with low testosterone levels, so some info about me: I'm male and was at the bottom of the "normal" testosterone levels before taking this. American Urological Association would but me a hair below healthy. When I first took it I got that jolt within a half hour (and I took only half dosage on that first day), but as promised that jolt effect went away after a couple more days. There's supposed to be a buildup testosterone over time during the loading phase and it certainly felt like it for me, but I haven't measured my levels since. I was able to lose weight and increase my weight lifting numbers after previously hitting a plateau. I took this right before I planned to lose weight and spend a few months in a calorie deficit, so that was surprising to see numbers go up when I expected them to go down due to calorie deficit.After somewhere around 2 months of my diet on calorie deficient I was wondering if the effects were wearing off with stagnant to dropping lifting numbers and my body weight loss was stalling. But whenever I got a new bottle, I noticed the effects were more pronounced again. (This time I'm storing it in the fridge to see if the effects remain strong throughout the lifespan of the bottle). The last 5 pounds were tougher to lose. I read that skipping 1-2 days a week might help prevent you from adapting (i.e. resistant to the testosterone boost stimuli).Now I'm back to eating normal, gaining weight and my lifting numbers are increasing though not lightning fast like I was hoping. I went on a week long trip and forgot to bring this so my strength felt like it tanked when I got back home. I could sleep longer though! When I'm on it, I need less sleep (and can't sleep as long/lighter sleeping).Definitely worth a try if you're a person who's on the lower side on the testosterone levels.

I am actually writing this review in the hopes that others will consider this product and others in deference to testosterone replacement therapy. The problem with TRT is that once you are on it you have to stay on it. A youtuber, Rich Cooper, years ago extolled the virtues of TRT in that he was diagnosed with low testosterone. Years later, he posted how the side effects have created more problems and recommended to try any other way other than TRT if you can. I am 71 years of age at this writing, weigh 175 lbs and squat 385 lbs 5 sets of 5 reps as a regular part of my workout. I have worked out for decades and notice that few of any age can do this. Right now I optimize everything, diet, lifestyle (no alcohol, no drugs, no smoking...I don't even drink coffee) in and effort to offset sarcopenia and other results of aging. This is a product I have used for a few years and consider it just one component to an overall approach that has been working.

I started taking these pills and it gave me the worst diarrhea and gas I ever had. After a bit more research most studies show 200-400mg is safe without negative side effects. Im new to the supplement so didn't realize these were such a high dose. This may be a benefit for people who have grown used to its effects but may be way too much if your just starting. I gave it a 4 star because I think it should be disclosed about this being a very strong product and having a less potent one offered as an alternative. Nothing against the manufacturer quality.

Been taking 2 a day for a week. My sex drive is through the roof. My energy is way better than it's ever been. Better pumps & stength in the gym. Highly recommend this product.

Have tried this now for several weeks and didnt notice much difference, I did feel more hungry when taking this product, not sure if the two things are connected. Im going to keep taking this to see if I get the full benefits of this product, I hope so.
