This is a good product in terms of taste and energy. I take it with my breakfast and immediately feel energised to take on the tasks for the rest of the day. It doesn't work. you don't feel full. It is given not to take more than 2 scoops. So if you mix with milk, Stomach pain, gas issues, and constipation comes. Don't try this. not recommended. not worth money too.
