Pétanque garden game
I gave it to my dad for Christmas. I knew he would prefer wooden balls so this was perfect choice. The only thing which stopped me from giving this product a 5-star rating is the case. It’s an ordinary padded case which I think destroys the overall effect. My dad was hoping to display the balls in our living room as a decoration but because of the look of the case, at the moment the ball set is upstairs on one of the shelves. But overall a good game for fun.

A good set for adults to appreciate and play with.
A really good-looking set. I bought it for my adult sister and I think it makes a much better present than the cheaper plastic sets. Well made in a sturdy carrying case.

Disappointing and overpriced
Really disappointed with this item, especially for the price. The item came really dusty/dirty both inside and out. It stank of damp/mould and there looked and smelled like mould on the outside of the case. The case was really poor quality, with lots of lose threads and the zip had a section sticking out, which makes it really difficult to open and close. The balls had bits of the polish worn off which makes me think they’ve been used previously. I would not recommend, especially for the money!
