Very reliable USB Hub and charger

I bought this hub as a replacement for another hub that was not reliable enough. This hub is pretty bulky and so is its transformer. On the other hand, the connection is flawless, i have no longer any sudden disconnects at all. I was a bit afraid that the fan would be on all the time, but fortunately that is not the case. So i am very satisfied about the quality. Only thing that can be improved is the blue LED that is next to each port. This makes the unit light up like a christmas tree and produces a lot of light. I would prefer to have an option to turn of those LED's. The unit is in a living space, at night it's a big blue light ball that lights up the room.
