Perfect for my needs!!
These bands offer excellent resistance for when I do my legs lifts and squats. They are comfortable and sturdy. They do not snap or roll out of place. A great investment for the price! 5 stars.

it's works great for therapy.
I got them for therapy. My physical therapist used something similar.I like them. It makes for a different type of workout.Being a guy, I thought this might be to easy (being used to weights). I was surprised, it takes effort especially after several "sets".I got this in conjunction with other resistance gear (tubes, putty, sheets) to form a whole "Gym in a Box".

i am 60 yr old. i believe if i had tried thes even in my 40s i would prob. have liked them as a 60 yr old who has let herself get entirely too out of shape i found them soooo exhausting i couldn't last 5 min. i will keep trying. maybe my opinion will imrpove, but everyone keeps wanting reviews asap. this is what can happen when you rush, rush, rush. its honest, but painful & nobody feels worse than me. i am hoping that i can stick with it long enought to rereview & give a better score,but im cheating at a 3 now.

Nice set of bands
I bought these for my mom who recently fell and broke her femur. While in rehab they had her using resistance bands for muscle strengthening. We are continue the practice and these work great. My mom is 85 and these really work well. I also started using myself and they are great.

Not very resistant
The medium felt like it was the easiest resistance. So took the fourth most resistant with me to the gym and it was so easy I just left it at the gym. I'm definitely not a major gym rat or anything like that. Just an average person getting in shape and I found these bands to be extremely low resistant.

Work as expected
They are bands. They work well for their intended purpose. Probably don't need 5, but having the extras to double up is nice.After 3 weeks of daily use, they haven't become weak yet, or broke, or gotten any tears. I do use them over my sneakers and they have held up very well.

Great booty and leg resistance bands.
I am very please with these resistance bands. They have very easy to use with less resistance all the way up to hard with extreme resistance.. the price is very fair as I've seen them going for far more and you get 5 bands. I use youtube videos to workout with them along with going to gym regularly. Over all very pleased and would recommend.

Good to have any where
I love these bands within 2 weeks my arms began toning and feeling stronger my thighs get blasted every time when doing fire hydren work outs the hardest one I have not mastered is the black one so I'm still trying it daily I highly recommend I take them with me to the office and sit wrap them around my ankles and do leg work outs and around my knees do some hip flexing very good product
